By tracking new projects through our automated forms and systems from george-BI, each team member knows exactly what their role is, deliverable expectations, and expected compensation per project. 

That’s right – our projects are compensated on performance meaning that our team members get the choice between more money or more time.

Since the entire team can see who is making what money, it cultivates a team culture to work harder and help each other out.

Because money is a motivator, the lower end compensations are encouraged to reach out to the higher compensated employees to help on projects and get a portion of the performance comp.
