So when we were [approached to help support](https://eng-pes.com/blog/stonewall-supports-state-representative) a local Bass fishing team, we didn't ask why... we simply asked when and how much was needed. Six years ago, [David Thibodaux STEM Magnet Academy ](https://sites.google.com/lpssonline.com/dtsma201819/home)launched their [varsity Bass Fishing team](https://www.facebook.com/SLHSBassFish) and became the first in this area to do so. [Stonewall ](https://www.stonewallco.com)was alerted to this opportunity by the executives at [Produced Water Solutions ](https://www.pwscompany.com/)here in [Broussard, Louisiana](https://eng-pes.com/contact). Given their own upbringing and love for the outdoors, Stonewall's [leaders, Blaine and Ben,](https://www.stonewallco.com/our-team) jumped on the opportunity to support these young anglers in their upcoming 2019-2020 season. ![Stonewall Supports Local Young Outdoorsman](https://eng-pes.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Imported_Blog_Media/IMG_0890-1-1.jpg?width=600&name=IMG_0890-1-1.jpg)Ben, Stonewall's CEO, is also an avid participant and leader in the CAST Grand Isle Retreat. CAST is a local event held in Grand Isle each and every year with the sole focus of bringing together Godly men in a setting that they all love: the Fishing Camp. So with the opportunity to pay it forward and possibly provide the opportunity for more young men to find their calling to the wild and come closer together pursuing the same purpose, Stonewall was all in. ## The young anglers of DTSMA The young anglers of DTSMA have proven their skillset in their short stent as a varsity team as well. During their first year, DTSMA had three teams qualify for the B.A.S.S. Louisiana State Tournament. They also had one team qualify for the SAF Southern Regional Tournament held in Arkansas.  The following year, they had six teams qualify for State and one angler selected to Bassmaster’s All-State Team. ## Stonewall is super proud ![Stonewall Supports Local Young Outdoorsman](https://eng-pes.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Imported_Blog_Media/IMG_1562-1.png?width=600&name=IMG_1562-1.png) [Stonewall ](https://www.stonewallco.com/engineering)is super proud to be privileged enough to support  such a worthy group of young men. Good luck in the upcoming season, fellas!   --- ### [ABOUT ](https://www.stonewallco.com/who-are-we/)[STONEWALL ](https://www.stonewallco.com)[ENGINEERING](https://eng-pes.com/blog/why-you-need-a-professional-engineer) [![Stonewall Engineering Broussard LA](https://eng-pes.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Imported_Blog_Media/android-chrome-192x192-Jun-26-2026-03-32-11-2724-AM.png?width=132&name=android-chrome-192x192-Jun-26-2026-03-32-11-2724-AM.png)From concept,](https://info.stonewallco.com/blog/why-do-engineers-still-create-2d-manufacturing-prints) [design, and engineering, to project management ](https://info.stonewallco.com/mechanical-engineering-design-thinking)[and integrity services. ](https://info.stonewallco.com/blog/well-stimulation-technology-dissolvable-vs-composite-frac-plugs)[We are your gateway to your journey's](https://info.stonewallco.com/blog/how-to-start-an-engineering-consulting-firm) [engineering ](https://info.stonewallco.com/blog/stonewall-bigger-and-better)[endeavors](https://eng-pes.com/blog/introducing-the-fortress-your-downhole-tool-vending-machine)[. ](https://info.stonewallco.com/blog/stonewall-bigger-and-better) Providing a variety of [services ](https://www.stonewallco.com/services)while focusing in [Facilities Engineering](https://www.stonewallco.com/facilities-engineering), [Turn-Key Solutions](https://www.stonewallco.com/turn-key-engineering-solutions), [Engineering Services](https://www.stonewallco.com/engineering) and [Drafting & Design - ](https://www.stonewallco.com/design-and-drafting)Including [oil & gas](https://eng-pes.com/blog/gulf-of-mexico-shallow-water-production-could-boom-in-early-2020) and [Hemp & CBD industry](https://www.stonewallco.com/hemp-facilities-engineering). - [Tweet](https://twitter.com/share) [![IQ Scan Technology Revolutionizing the Downhole Tool Market](https://eng-pes.com/hubfs/Imported_Blog_Media/ifrotress2-1.jpg) ](https://eng-pes.com/blog/iq-scan-technology-revolutionizing-the-downhole-tool-market) 1 min read #### [IQ Scan Technology Revolutionizing the Downhole Tool Market](https://eng-pes.com/blog/iq-scan-technology-revolutionizing-the-downhole-tool-market) [Admin](https://eng-pes.com/blog/author/admin) : Jul 10, 2026 7:36:33 AM Fortress Downhole Tools (Fortress) and IQ Scan® Technology (IQ Scan) announce the execution of a worldwide exclusive License Agreement specific to ...
