# **CHEMICAL & PETROCHEMICAL**

#### Brownfield Engineering for Operating Plants

#### Practical Engineering Solutions (PES) supports chemical and petrochemical manufacturers with fast, constructable engineering and execution support for brownfield and capital improvement work. We understand the realities of operating facilities: limited shutdown windows, evolving scope, and the need for designs that install cleanly in congested units.

#### PES provides FEL 1–4 services through detailed design, with a core focus on mechanical & process engineering, vessel, structural, & piping design and isometrics, and deliverables that are fabrication-ready. We also support procurement and construction management when clients need continuity from early definition through installation.

#### For Engineering and Project Controls teams, our goal is simple: reduce surprises in the field by delivering clear, buildable packages that support predictable cost and schedule performance.

#### PES is built for the smaller capital work that often gets deprioritized, including fast-turn retrofits, tie-ins, and system upgrades that still demand high accountability.

#### Our experience spans specialty chemical plants, polymer and plastics manufacturing, carbon black processing facilities, process system retrofits and expansions, and complex systems including reactor and distillation-related infrastructure.
